Capacity and schedule
| Product | Capacity | Session |
|---|---|---|
| Flagship | 4–8 players | About 90 minutes |
| Smaller room A | 2–6 players | About 60 minutes |
| Smaller room B | 2–6 players | About 60 minutes |
| Full venue wave | Up to 20 players | Staggered starts |
- Advance reservations are offered at any time, including outside ordinary leisure hours. The venue is not continuously staffed and has no walk-in hours.
- Founders cover bookings outside the approximately 20-hour employee schedule.
- One human operator should normally monitor all three rooms. Starts are staggered and resets target 10–15 minutes.
- Target opening is within nine months of lease commencement.
Guest flow
- Corporate groups are a core launch segment. Reception, briefing and waiting should accommodate about 20 people in approximately 35–40 m², with simple drinks but no dedicated event room.
- The existing separated room holds workshop, storage, control and technical equipment. The existing restroom is retained.
- At least one smaller room should be usable without crawling or climbing.
- The unused hall area remains separated, unconditioned and outside the normal guest route.
Occupancy and toilets
The current setup has two toilets. The preliminary upper-floor plan shows them as two small cubicles in a 14.50 m² wet area with one basin; each cubicle door is drawn as 70 cm wide. The drawing does not show an accessible WC.
Twenty players remains a planning capacity, not an approved occupancy. The two toilets may be operationally workable with staggered starts, but the municipality/BH must confirm whether the current arrangement is sufficient for 20 guests plus an operator, whether one WC must be reserved for staff, and what accessible/customer facilities are required.

Safety and building services
- Human game-master supervision, cameras, communication and emergency unlocking are required at launch. AI support may be added later but is not a safety control.
- Fog/smoke, lasers, motorized props, batteries, chargers and other effects.
- Music, vibration and external noise.
- Heating, cooling and fresh air should serve the three game rooms and reception/waiting area, not the whole 375 m² hall. The system remains unquoted and must be sized for actual occupancy and heat loads.
- Elevated and crawl areas require a safe alternative in the accessible room and professional review where structural or approval-relevant.
No municipality or BH Gmunden approval discussion has happened yet. The room layout, occupancy, fire plan, HVAC, staffing model and financial forecast must be reconciled after those calls.
